This problem has been fixed in TabletWorks version 10.06. WebUpdate may generate an error if Interwrite Workspace version 7.5 or greater is installed.
The log file will not start on Vista unless it is located in the directory that the user has access to. Sometimes tablets cannot be removed from the list of tablets by users who do not have admin rights on systems running Windows Vista. Vista users with multiple devices attached may be asked to register the DLL twice every time TabletWorks starts up. Serial tablets using a Serial-to-USB adapter are incompatible with the WintabTM and/or the TabCon interface.Īctive TabCon devices can be changed on Windows XP or Vista only by users with admin rights. There is a compatibility issue with CS3 Photoshop. When a single device is set to be used with both Wintab and TabCon applications, and Wintab Citrix support is enabled, the TabCon-compliant application will not be able to open the device.
